VOUCHER TERMS
All vouchers are downloadable products or virtual products. After purchasing a voucher, you will receive an email with a link to download the voucher. Save the PDF Voucher to your computer or print it out and Note the Voucher Code [ TOP LEFT ] on the PDF – You will need this Code to redeem the Voucher.
Usage: This voucher can only be used/redeemed 1 time
Expiry: The download link will expire after 5 downloads & the number of days before download the link expires is 7 days.
Validity: Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase for the specified item and are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, either fully or in part for cash of any amount.
Redemption: Print and present this Voucher or quote the Voucher Code (top left) in any of our stores to redeem it – See www.graftonbarbers.com contact page for store locations.
Download or Print it NOW and note the Voucher Code [ TOP LEFT ] of the PDF and keep it safe.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Voucher are the responsibility of the customer and any vouchers either lost or stolen cannot be replaced. See www.graftonbarbers.com contact page for our store locations.
