What Kind of Services do you offer?
As a traditional barbershop you an expect all of the usual suspects, each with a unique Grafton Barber twist. Our traditional Shampoo, Cut & Blow-Dry service comes with a complimentary head massage using our famous revitalising scalp tonic. Our Royal Open Razor Shaves incorporate the use of hot scented cotton towels and face massage creams & colognes. Aside from that we offer beard trims, head shaves & colouring services.

I have purchased a gift voucher and have yet to receive it?
In some cases it may take a couple of minutes to arrive. In the unlikely event that you have not received after 5 minutes, the first place to check would be your junk/spam folders.
Once retrieved, your voucher will be available via a link in the email and can be downloaded, printed and presented to any store of your choosing.

I would like to Book an Appointment, how can I do that?
Great to hear! While our barbers will be more than happy to assist you, we would like to point out that appointments are not a requirement as all Grafton Barber stores operate on a walk-in basis and will be happy to see you at a day/time that suits. If you would like to enquire about appointment availability & policies, please contact your required store directly.
I Have a voucher bought from one store, Can i Use it in Another?
Absolutely! The Grafton Barber has been known to honour all vouchers, regardless of the original location of purchase. A gift token for one store will ALWAYS be accepted in any present or future store!
I Purchased a Voucher in One of Your Stores - How Long Do I Have To Redeem it?
As long as you want! The Grafton Barber has been known to honour all vouchers. In recent years, a man came in to redeem a voucher purchased all the way back in 1996! Customer service is at the forefront of The Grafton Barber ethos, if you have a voucher for a service – you will receive that service!
I'm a third level student, do you have any special discounts?
We offer an exclusive discount for ALL third-level students, every Monday – Friday before 12:30pm with a valid ID. Avail of a Dry Trim for only €15!
