Delete your account
You can delete your Grafton Barber account at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete it yourself in the app
The quickest way is in The Grafton Barber app:
- Open the app and go to the Account tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Ask us to delete it
If you don’t have the app installed, or you’d rather we did it for you, email from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.
We’ll confirm your identity and delete the account within 30 days, and email you when it’s done.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted we remove:
- your name, email address, phone number and password;
- your Grafton Club membership and any loyalty points;
- your saved preferences (favourite shop, saved products);
- the link between you and your past appointments.
Any active subscription is cancelled at the same time, so no further payments are taken.
What we keep, and why
We keep records of completed orders and payments because Irish tax and accounting law requires us to (generally for six years). These records are no longer linked to your account or used to identify you, and they aren’t used for marketing.
Appointment records may be retained by the shop for its own booking history, without your personal contact details attached.
