12. All prices quoted are RRSP only and are provided at the discretion of The Grafton Barber LTD.
13. For the duration of any introductory subscription offer, each individual can only be in possession of a single membership and multiple sign-ups are prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate any accounts that are in violation of this.
14. We reserve the right to terminate any subscription account if there is reasonable cause to suspect any violation of fair use.
15. During the Buy-2-Get-1 Free promotion, only the cheapest item of the 3 will be eligible to be marked as ‘free’.
16. This promotion does not extend to barber poles or chairs and only items in The Grafton Barber Styling range qualify.

Return Policy

Eligibility: Returns are accepted for unopened, unused, and sealed hair products.

Timeframe: Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Condition: Products must be in their original packaging, with all seals intact and in resalable condition.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process any return or refund.

Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
